Based in the north of Trondheim, Norwegian company Andreas Flægstad has taken delivery of this special Norba rear loader. In 2015, the company already ordered the first Norba: an RL300 LWS with additional bio chamber.
Today, it is the new Norba N4 rear loader that will assist in collecting different types of waste separately on the same round. The N4 is already in service and indications show that it works really well.
The Norba rear loader features a 17 m3 body with an additional bio chamber of 5 m3. The main body will collect residual waste and recyclables. The L200 lift can handle all types of DIN containers and the winch has the capacity to empty the large skip containers. The lift also features a hydraulic clamp specially for waste paper collections.
The hopper and body floor have been reinforced to withstand the high pressure of the waste being processed. The chassis weighing system gathers all relevant data from chassis, body and pod to offer efficient and smart waste collection services.
Road safety is specially during the winter very important in Norway. Therefore, this unit has winter chains with the special hook system on the tailgate, but also the Autoline S90. This sand spreader system can be used when roads are slippery and allows drivers to arrive safely and in time on the destination.
