Geesinknorba have recently made investments in its Construction hall, aimed at improving efficiency and safety while also keeping up with the latest technologies.
The company has invested in two welding robots, making the welding process more accurate and efficient. The VALK welding systems are renowned for their good performance, reliability and ease of use, making them ideal to produce crucial components such as hoppers, yokes, and compaction plates for RCVs, with the added benefit of the welding beds remaining the same for each product without prior adjustments. This investment demonstrates our commitment to providing our customers with the highest quality equipment available.
The purchase of twelve new Lorch welding systems is another big advantage for the company. These systems are highly versatile and mobile, enabling the workers to weld components in various locations throughout the production line, improving efficiency of the welding process. The new systems also offer better technology and advanced programming capabilities making it easy to exchange between different welding techniques. They will increase the speed and accuracy while ensuring consistency in the quality of the components.
The investments don’t stop here. The company is also renovating and restructuring the hall to create a safer, more efficient and updated working environment for its employees. This renovation includes refinishing all the floors with new walkway lines, making our facility reduce the risk of employee injury and create a more efficient and clearly defined work environment.
«We will take another significant step forwards enhancing our production efficiency and ensuring high-quality standards by insourcing critical components. With this strategic move, we are no longer solely reliant on supplier lead times, giving us greater control on our supply chain and enabling us to better meet the needs of our customer,” says Jesper Groen, Manager Construction at Geesinknorba.
The company is enthusiastic to see the positive impact these investments will have on its operations, its employees and its customers. This investment is just the latest example of our dedication to staying at the forefront of the industry.
