Geesinknorba has continued ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditation for its production and service facility in Emmeloord and Amsterdam. Geesinknorba’s subsidiary in Sweden also prolonged ISO certification successfully.
The ISO 9001 places more emphasize on quality and customer satisfaction. According to the evaluation of DNV we clearly improved our quality processes and communicated our vision on quality to all levels within our organization. By doing so, we have improved the effectiveness of our departments significantly, from production and new product development to after sales support.
To qualify for the ISO 14001 certificate, we work according to all relevant laws and regulations for environmental control. One of the main aspects of the ISO standard is improving our environmental processes continuously and reducing the usage of materials and energy. A good example is also the durability of our products that offer after the End of Life (EOL) a 99.3% recycle-ability.
The ISO standards were first introduced in the industry in the 90s. The head office in Emmeloord already received its first certificate in 1995. Our facility in Sweden was the first body builder in the Nordic countries and prolonged the upgraded versions of the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.
Geesinknorba is of course very proud of these new ISO accreditations. We would like to thank all our partners, suppliers and customers to make this possible. We look forward to working with you in the coming years.
