This new Geesink GPM IV crane body is going into service at waste management company Iris Service in Bodø this summer. The Norwegian company needed a new vehicle to manage all underground waste collections and the Geesink GPM IV KT1 fit the bill perfectly. Designed with busy urban collection in mind, this unique crane body makes the operator’s day-to-day work easier, safer and more efficient.
The HIAB crane offers unmatched versatility and with its long reach it can work around any obstacle on the job site. The underground container can be easily positioned above the chute while the waste will be discharged in the body without any spillage.
The compaction mechanism deals with large quantities of waste in one go, using maximum capacity. The body has been reinforced with a stainless steel floor. For user’s convenience, the unit is fitted with a BekkerLaGram washing system for an easy cleaning of the underground containers.
We wish the people from Iris Service many safe kilometres!
