This new Geesink rear loader with crane has gone into service with waste management company BAT in Tilburg. The vehicle is being used for collecting domestic waste from the crane bins throughout the city. BAT Tilburg has chosen for the GPM IV because the unit is robust yet manoeuvrable. Also, the rear loader is capable of processing large amounts of waste and has a great pay load of 7.700kg. This means low energy consumption and less expenditure.
The unit can handle different types of crane bins from Molok, Waste Vision and V-Consyst. With the 360 degree camera system the risk of accidents for the crew when working in traffic are minimized.
